What is DBT-based therapy?

Do you offer full DBT therapy?

At this time, we provide DBT-based therapy. Group therapy services are coming soon as we continue expanding our DBT program.

Do you offer online therapy?

Yes. We offer online therapy appointments for people who want support from the comfort of home. Online therapy can make getting help easier and more flexible.

What issues do you help people with?

Do I need a diagnosis before starting therapy?

Do I need to live in Layton to become a client?

No. We welcome people from Layton and many surrounding communities throughout Utah.

How far do people travel for therapy?

Many people travel from communities within roughly a 50-mile radius of Layton, though some may come from farther away depending on their needs.

What if I feel nervous about starting therapy?
